About

For many women, midlife marks a turning point: an opening to heal, redefine identity, and step into what comes next with greater agency. Psychedelics can be powerful tools in aiding this process.

In this two-hour webinar and Q&A, author and psychedelic therapist Heather Lee will discuss how women aged 50 and beyond are healing with psychedelics, and utilising them for rediscovery at midlife and beyond. She will discuss her extensive experience guiding older women through psychedelic retreats, including the challenges that draw them in, and some of the key themes of transformation that women experience.

Some of the topics Heather will discuss include:

  • Menopause and identity shifts
  • Caregiver fatigue
  • Rethinking ageing and legacy
  • Fears, stigmas, and misconceptions around psychedelic use
  • Intergenerational healing, including shared psychedelic experiences between mothers and daughters
  • Letting go of shame and inherited roles

After the webinar, there will be a Q&A, where you can share experiences and ask Heather your own questions.
