BROTHERHOOD CACAO CONNECTION

A gathering for men to slow down, connect and come home to themselves

Brotherhood Cacao Connection is an invitation for men to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a more connected experience of themselves and others. While conversation may naturally arise, this gathering offers more than words alone. Through ceremonial cacao, grounding breathwork, gentle movement and guided intention, you are supported to drop into your body, heart and presence.

This is a deeper, more immersive gathering than the regular monthly men’s circle. It is designed to help you slow down, tune in and reconnect with what is happening beneath the surface, held in the steady support of brotherhood.

The space is held by TJ, a grounded and experienced space holder, health and wellbeing personal trainer, empowerment coach and mentor. With lived experience of men’s work and training in indigenous and shamanic influenced modalities alongside modern wellbeing practices, TJ holds a calm, compassionate and non judgemental space where men feel safe to show up as they are.

No previous experience with cacao, breathwork or men’s work is needed. Whether you are curious, seeking grounding, clarity or connection, or simply feel called to something deeper, you are welcome.

You will leave feeling more present, uplifted and connected, carrying a sense of grounding and openness beyond the circle.
