Returning Inward

As the light begins to soften and the days gently turn toward darkness, we are invited to slow down, listen more deeply, and come home to ourselves.

Returning Inward is a nourishing autumn gathering created to support rest, integration, and gentle release as we move through the energy of the season. This is a space to step out of the outer world and into the quiet wisdom of your body.

Through gentle stretching , you’ll be guided to soften tension and reconnect with your physical self in a slow, intuitive way. A deeply restorative sound bath will support the nervous system to settle, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to receive. We will close with a guided meditation , inviting you to turn inward, reflect on what this season is asking of you, and rest in stillness.

You’ll then be welcomed with herbal tea and nourishing snacks , offering a moment to arrive, ground, and feel held before and after our time together.

This gathering is not about doing or becoming — it is about allowing.

Letting the body exhale.

Letting the soul catch up.

You will leave feeling calmer, grounded, and gently supported — connected to yourself and the natural rhythm of the turning season.
