o•rbyss - Lunar Sound Bath w/ Lou

A sound immersion with Lou, hosted at Green On The Lanes in Haringey. This event is offered to the queer community & allies - this is a safe space for queer people to unwind and connect

Lou (@convergencesound) is a gong practitioner trained with the College of Sound Healing. She offers grounded sound spaces that invite deep listening and a gentle awareness of the listening body. Her work centres marginalised communities and is open to anyone seeking rest, resonance and nervous system support.

Join us in community for a future-leaning reset as we step into a new lunar cycle. This Aquarius New Moon Solar Eclipse invites courage, new beginnings, and letting go of what no longer serves. We’ll gather in sound and begin again.

**Schedule: **

19:00 - arrive & complimentary drink

19:30 - sound bath begins

20:30 - sound bath ends - integration & complimentary drink

21:00 - session finishes

**What to bring with you: **

• Yoga mat or soft surface
• Blanket or cushions for warmth and support
• Eye mask (optional)

Please arrive on time and no later than 15 minutes before the sound bath starts. On arrival you can choose a drink of choice from the menu - serving coffee, teas, matcha, chai, soft drinks

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in that will help you to relax and stay warm while your body rests. Bring blankets and cushions with you to help you feel warm and supported. We recommend to eat light beforehand. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.

This is a sacred space for you to rest, breathe and receive the sound - you do not need to do or be anything - come as you are

The sound immersion involves a mix of gongs, shells, chimes, bowls - carefully selected to guide and support the journey
