Friday Night Dance with DJ Shivani Rose

✨ Hello Dancers,

I'm so happy to be your DJ this week, and to offer this dance in honour and celebration of early Spring.

At this time, the outside world is cold and dreary, with SO much rain, and everything is looking a little bleak.

But we can be reassured that beneath the ground, Mother Earth is hard at work, pouring energy into the seeds and intentions that have been nestled and germinating in her dark soil all winter.

Around Imbolc, the shoots of these seeds begin to sprout. When we tune in the Earth, the promise of Spring can be felt just beneath our feet.

And when we tune into our inner world, we can feel the promise of our intentions beginning to come forth into the world.

I offer this dance as a way of collectively sending our light and energy into the ground, to shake and stir the soil and the seeds, to help the Earth to breathe.

And to shake and stir your Soul, to help it to breathe.

The dance is held at the Blackbird Red Rose studio:
Unit G, Vallis road Trading Estate,
Robins Lane, Frome, BA11 3DT

Look for the blue door at the end of the row of industrial units you’ll drive past when entering the trading estate. On the corner, opposite the back wall. There is plenty of parking outside.

7pm Arrival and warm up
7.15pm Opening circle
7.30pm Dance starts
9pm Closing circle

9.30pm Venue closes
