The Temple ~ Womb Folk Half-Day Retreat
The Temple is a sanctuary for womb folk and a half day retreat devoted to slowness, presence and embodied remembering. It is a space to step out of the pace of everyday life and enter a slower rhythm where the body is listened to, the womb is honoured, and the heart is welcomed back into softness.
Here, the womb is remembered as a sacred centre of creation. Not only of life, but of dreams, projects, intuition and becoming. The body is met as temple rather than something to manage or fix, and time is held gently so the nervous system can settle and the deeper wisdom within can be heard.
### What this retreat offers
#### Rose and hibiscus tea ceremony
Rose and hibiscus tea is shared as a ritual opening. Hibiscus supports joy, pleasure and the flow of creative life force. Rose carries the wisdom of the divine feminine and the rose lineage, inviting devotion, beauty and truth.
#### Group Rahanni Energy Healing
A heart centred group Rahanni Energy Healing to soften the heart, invite emotional ease and gently reconnect the heart and womb. This frequency supports compassion, safety, inner coherence and the balancing of our inner masculine and feminine energies.
#### Gentle Sound Journey
Be held in a nourishing soundscape of sacred instruments and intuitive frequencies. This journey invites deep rest, nervous system healing, and subtle integration as you settle into stillness.
#### **Womb Heart Breathing **
Gentle breathing practices and soft womb centred yoga to support nervous system regulation and embodied presence. This is slow, accessible movement guided by sensation rather than effort.
#### A Guided Journey into the Womb Cave
A guided inner journey to connect with the deeper wisdom and memory held within the womb space. Each journey unfolds in its own way, guided by what is ready to be met.
#### A Touch of Mystery
The temple holds space for unexpected insights, gentle guidance, and quiet wonder that emerges when you turn fully inward.
Who This Is For
The Temple is open to all womb folk.
You are welcome whether you have a physical womb or an energetic womb, whether you are menstruating or not, and whether you feel deeply connected to your womb or currently disconnected from it.
This retreat may be especially supportive if you are seeking time to slow down, reconnect with your body, honour your inner rhythms or deepen your relationship with the womb as a centre of intuition and creation.
No prior experience with womb work, energy healing or ceremony is required.

### **The space **
First Light will be held at MaxWell-Being, a vibrant and serene wellness venue nestled in a tranquil setting. The retreat will take place in MWB's gorgeous yurt, complete with a cosy fireplace that invites warmth, presence, and connection.

Anaïs is a multifaceted Space Holder, Rahanni Celestial Healing Teacher, Plant Alchemist, and Cacao Ceremonialist. Through her work, she creates sacred spaces for deep healing and connection. Anaïs hosts transformative events, both for womb folk and mixed-gender groups, guiding participants to reconnect with themselves and the Earth through ancient, earth-rooted spiritual practices. Her offerings invite you to return home to your essence, embrace healing energy, and experience the profound wisdom of nature.
