New Moon Murmurations

Join us for monthly new moon gatherings for women.

As we sit at the end of winter, come and be met in the deeper parts of yourself. This is a space to reflect, connect, plant seeds for the month ahead, and empower one another to share our voices and follow the way of our hearts.

Each session is unique, weaving together:

Drumming and/or singing together and tuning into our rhythm

** Dance and movement to shake away what we no longer need**

Guided meditation to tune into the tender places within

A safe sharing space to be seen, heard, and held

Simple rituals to connect with our inner guidance

Come and be nourished, seen, and enlivened
Together we move as one :)

No experience needed come exactly as you are.
Whether you feel ready to take flight or simply need a safe place to land .
You are welcome!

Please bring with you:

• a notebook
• a drum if you have one or rattle/musical instrument
• a pillow/blanket to make yourself comfortable
• a curious heart
