Join us for our monthly group breathwork session in Hackney, where we’ll use the powerful technique of conscious connected breathwork to release what’s no longer serving you and drop into a state of inner flow.
When you give your body a safe space to release, it naturally begins to guide you—letting go of old energy and blocked emotions, and creating room to connect with what you truly want and need.
Conscious connected breathwork helps quiet the mind and open the body, allowing you to access deeper self-awareness and embodied clarity. It activates your innate ability to heal, releasing stress and tension while creating space for more creativity, confidence, and self-trust.
This session will help you release emotional and energetic blockages and invite more of what you want into your life. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space to move beyond limiting patterns and step into a state of flow.
It’s an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and breathe with intention—shedding layers of stress, tension, and emotional residue held within. In a space held with care and presence, release becomes not only possible but natural. What once felt heavy can begin to soften. What was stuck can start to shift and release.
This breathwork session is suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in breathwork.

Hello, I'm Johanna, the founder of Breathe East and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. After many years of struggle, I discovered the power of breathwork to release the hidden and trapped parts of me that were frozen by trauma. This revelation led me to go deeply into the breath and body, exploring its transformational effects and its ability to heal the body and create freedom from within.
I am trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork, Rebirthing Breathwork, and other somatic modalities, blending these practices to create sessions that are both nurturing and powerful. I am passionate about holding a safe and supportive space for individuals and groups to connect with their bodies, release tension, and move through emotional blocks.
At Breathe East, my mission is to make breathwork accessible and transformative for everyone, helping you reconnect with yourself and the wisdom of your body, so you can live with greater ease, vitality and joy.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe practice, but it can sometimes bring up strong physical or emotional experiences. For this reason, it’s recommended only for individuals aged 18 and over.
It is not suitable during pregnancy and is not recommended for those with certain medical conditions.
These include: Cardiovascular disorders, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication) or Low Blood Pressure with a fainting history, Epilepsy or convulsive disorders, Severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), Recent injuries or surgeries, Lung, heart or spinal issues, Glaucoma or detached retina, Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, History of aneurysms, Severe mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis),
If you’re unsure whether breathwork is right for you, please check with your healthcare provider beforehand. By booking your spot, you confirm your understanding of these precautions and your eligibility to participate in the selected class.
Group sessions are non-refundable. However, if you cannot make it, please let us know as we may be able to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. If your ticket is taken by a waitlisted participant, you will receive a refund.
