About
Slow Pleasure is a return to the body as our home.
This will be a short, potent rewiring into the depths pleasure available within you. You will be guided through simple yet powerful practices into embodied pleasure, nervous system regulation with eros, and the capacity to feel really nourished by your own well of aliveness.
In a time of instant gratification and endless dopamine chasing, there is a huge gift in learning to be overflowed and satiated with our own touch and presence. We all know what it's like to move through the world with subtle or overt speed, bracing, grasping and distraction, where we seek endless pleasure through intensity, novelty and external gratification.
The more reliant we become on these fast forms of pleasure, the less we can feel satisfied with subtler forms of sensation and intimacy.
Slow Pleasure offers a space to slow down and rediscover pleasure that increases through breath, touch and awareness.
These 4 weeks will include 4 live calls and the option to watch the replays as many times as you like, as well as 2 shorter practices that you can put on morning, afternoon or evening when you feel yourself chasing something ‘out there’ and feeling cut off from our own bodies.
We will focusing on restoring a receptive relationship with the body, one that continues to feed itself so that we can nurture a fulfilling relationship to ourselves. The more full we can feel within ourselves, the less we need to chase things externally, which, as we know, ultimately leave us feeling dissatisfied and depleted.
This is the foundation of my work of embodiment as the balm for addiction.
These practices are designed to:
**Why do this together? **
Practicing in a group field enhances regulation, focus and depth. We literally hold one another in presence and that's why most of us experience much deeper, meditative states in groups. This will be a contained, supportive environment that helps distractions to be less loud with an increased capacity to stay with yourself. You will most likely enter into deeper states that will then be more easy to enter when you practice alone after the course.
This work is available to anyone who wants to learn new practices and tools or who wants to reconnect with their practice and receive the gifts of being held in a devoted group container for a month.

Call logistics:
Each call is 45 minutes long. I will talk for a bit and bring an in-depth teaching on the frequency of the week.
Then we will go in for a 30 minute practice.
Cameras and mics off **during the guided practice ** so it is up to you if you are clothed, still, naked, moving, feeling nothing, feeling aroused. It is your body and your space.
You will still be being held in a group field which affects your ability to stay present and go deeper in the practice and often similar themes will be experienced as the energetic field works us collaboratively and moves through our spaces, even online.
We will then come back with a short time for shares - enough to process briefly together, but not too much to take us out of our dreamy state. There will be opportunity to stay on beyond the 45 mins if two or more of you want to chat or integrate without words.
The recording of the practice will be uploaded the following day and will only include the practice, only my voice and my face (no shares, no participant view).
The recordings will be uploaded to a Google drive along with other shorter ones that you can use during the week.
The four themes and frequencies we’ll explore will be:
I’m excited for this simple yet potent journey that will teach you practices to take with you and allow your body to embody new ways of being with life.
About me
I am a Sexological Bodyworker & Artist devoted to guiding us home to ourselves and embracing the human experience. I work one-to-one with people online and in London. I have facilitated online and group events for six years, centred around embodiment and emotive expression.
My work focuses on slowing down, getting sober from the places we try to escape ourselves, and coming home to the body, again and again.
