About

Cat warmly invites you to slow down and connect to your inner sense. Cat is a a fully qualified, trauma-aware, conscious connected breathwork facilitator and practitioner, trained by Tosa and Seven directions and School of Breath Science, also studying and attending courses on the neuroscience of breathwork, Healthy Human Culture. Cat also holds circles and ceremonies for grief tending

My intention is to create a space to support you while you explore your inner world. By connecting to our breath and being fully present, we can learn to sit with our emotions and build resilience, supporting you to integrate old stories and traumas. The slower and gentler we are with our bodies, the deeper the trust and learning. Whether you are new to breathwork or experienced, please know every part of you , shadow and light is welcome and accepted.

Our evening will begin by committing to creating a brave circle,a space where we feel safe and held, and what that looks like for each of us, individually and collectively. Before we start breathwork, we need to feel resourced, and so we will begin with different practises to support our bodies and nervous systems.

Every session has its own curated playlist to guide you through, but you will be reminded and encouraged to listen to your body and its needs at all times.

We aren't here to fix each other. I am not here to ‘heal’ you. We don't need fixing; we aren't broken, even when we feel we are, right down to our bones. I believe we need community and spaces, where we can be held, seen and supported in a caring, empathic, brave space. You are invited into this space to lean into feeling and be with your own emotions. Each emotion only lasted 90 seconds; it is the stories that we attach to them that create a loop that keeps feeding this emotion. By allowing emotions to rise and move by using our breath, through conscious connected breathwork, we build trust in ourselves to hold what we are feeling. Each of us has our own power and strength. You are asked to listen to and ask for what you need, to use your own agency and autonomy. This can feel uncomfortable for some of us, but i hope this is a space you can use to lean into how that looks and feels. Confidentiality and consent help to build that bravery and will be required and respected at all times.

After the conscious connected breathwork, this is an invitation to voice anything that feels that it wants to be shared, and we will close our circle with herbal teas (sometimes cacao) and nourishment, ensuring you feel grounded and ready when it is time to leave.

If you feel like this space may be too much for you, please know that cathartic release is not pushed. I believe in treating our bodies with gentleness and respect, helping to create internal safety and trust through our nervous system. Once we learn to trust our bodies and our breath, then they will release, move and integrate what they need to.

The circles are kept small, 6-8 people and no photos will ever be taken of you in process. Ceremony and circles are sacred spaces, and your process is yours only.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.

please tick the waiver to say you can read the contraindications and let your facilitator know if you are in relation to any.
