About
Meditation • Nervous System-Regulating Breathwork • Quadraphonic Sound • Rose Tea • Stargazing
A calm, restorative evening to bring the body and mind into a slower, more spacious state.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation and breathwork practice using techniques specifically designed to down-regulate the nervous system. These are gentle, accessible tools that support calmness in the body and help shift you out of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
This is suitable for anyone — whether you’re looking to bring more softness into your system, recalibrate after a full day, or simply take a moment to breathe.
Once your body’s settled, you’ll move into one of our hammock relaxation pods and listen to the words of Alan Watts through quadraphonic speakers. These pods hold up to 400kg and are designed to support full-body release and stillness. If the stars are out, you’ll be able to see them through the skylight above as you rest.
We’ll be serving rose tea to help soften and open the heart, settle the nervous system and bring warmth as you rest in the hammock.

Ram Dass (born Richard Alpert) was an American spiritual teacher and writer who helped bring Eastern spirituality, especially Hinduism, bhakti (devotion), and meditation into the Western mainstream. His work circles around love, service, and waking up to who you really are, with a steady emphasis on compassion and “being here now.”
Because he meets you where you are. There’s wisdom in his words, but also warmth and humour. Like a friend pointing gently back to your heart. You don’t have to force insight; just listening can soften the edges, widen your perspective, and remind you that the path is lived one present moment at a time.
Because being supported changes how we feel. These hammock pods gently rock and hold the body in a way that helps the nervous system settle and the spine decompress.
There’s nothing to do or achieve — just come as you are and let yourself rest.
Avoid eating and caffeine 1.5 hours before this session.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes – it can get a bit cold.
Note - Please arrive 10 minutes before the session. Due to the nature of the event, doors will strictly close at 6.30 pm.

Hey, I'm Liza Al Sady, founder of We The Conscious. After 15 years in the corporate grind, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I turned to alternative wellness therapies to confront and heal my trauma. This journey led me to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, which has profoundly changed my life and path.
In 2022, as Head of Well-being for a leading Education Recruitment Agency in the UK, I introduced breathwork and mindfulness to colleagues across the country, witnessing its impact on stress and anxiety management firsthand. This experience fuelled my passion to spread the benefits of breathwork wider, inspiring the creation of We The Conscious. Here, we are dedicated to empowering you with breathwork tools for a more mindful and conscious lifestyle.
As a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, trained under the guidance of JP Crimi, my mission is to make breathwork accessible to everyone, supporting you to lead a life aligned with intention and conscious living.
