Set near the raw volcanic landscape of El Confital, this one-night gathering in Gran Canaria invites you to slow down, tune in, and work with what brought you here - consciously or not…

Through music, movement, and creative expression, we’ll offer a space for release, clarity, and renewal. A shared experience for those living between places, chapters, or questions.

Art materials are provided. No art skills needed! Come as you are.

Important Guidelines:

• Punctuality: Arrive 5 min before the starting time.
• Screens: No phones allowed. Give yourself the gift of switching off!
• Talking : This is a non-chatty practice. Sounding is welcomed, but please no talking during the session. We will have a sharing circle at the end. Some may want to share something during this time, while others prefer to stay in a more meditative space.
• Barefoot : We will allow ourselves to connect with the ground, without restrictions. If you must wear shoes, please be mindful of your neighbour's toes!
• Your boundaries: This is a mindful, holistic practice. We will be navigating through emotions and our senses. Please look after your own needs and respect your own limits.
• Food/drink/etc: This is a sober event. Please refrain from all substances, including coffee, tea and any plant medicine. I would recommend not having any heavy meals up to 2h before the event.

What is SENTIŌ?

🌿 SENTIŌ (/ˈsen.ti.oː/ – Latin: “to feel deeply, to sense”) is a mindfulness program for self-discovery rooted in the principle of Music as Medicine. It blends art healing, mindful listening, and movement to create spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to emotional release, sensory awareness, and embodied presence.

Each session is designed as a gentle yet transformative experience, inviting participants to pause, reconnect, and translate inner landscapes. Open to all levels and backgrounds, SENTIŌ values process over product, honouring curiosity, presence, and emotional freedom as tools for wellbeing and growth.

Why _ Music as Medicine? _

Music has always been more than entertainment. Across cultures and generations, it has been used to soothe, energi s e, and connect people to themselves and to each other. Research confirms that sound influences our nervous system, emotions, and sense of belonging. By weaving music into art and dance, SENTIŌ taps into this timeless power, offering participants a safe space to process, explore, and heal through creative expression.
