Imbolc Sacred Sound Ceremony collaboration with Yolanda Thalia, Joey Esposito & Darren Greene ~ February

You are warmly invited to an evening of deep rest, resonance, and remembrance in a safe, ceremonial space. Sink into a 2 hour Shamanic Sound Journey guided by heart-vibration soundscapes of ancestral singing, light language, and indigenous instruments. This longer Sound Ceremony is our collaboration with Darren Greene and features Didgeridoo and Fujara flute playing. This longer immersive sensory experience supports deeper relaxation, revitalisation, and gentle transformation.

This Sacred Sound Ceremony takes place on Imbolc , a seasonal turning point that marks the slow return of light and the beginning of early spring. Traditionally associated with reflection, renewal, and intention-setting, Imbolc invites us to gently clear what no longer serves and make space for what is ready to emerge.

In this ceremony, we honour Brighid , often recognised as a symbol of creativity, healing, and inspiration, and work with the elemental qualities of fire and water, warmth and illumination alongside cleansing and flow. These themes will be subtly woven into the sound journey through rhythm, voice, and instrumentation, offering a slightly different ceremonial experience that supports grounding, renewal, and fresh beginnings.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by Yolanda , with the option of energetic cleansing through a smoke ritual using dried herbs such as Sage or Mugwort.
Before the journey begins, you may also be anointed with a sacred blend of Frankincense, Rose, and Myrrh essential oils, supporting deeper relaxation as we enter a guided meditation.

Joey will lovingly prepare optional ceremonial offerings available to purchase before the Sound Journey:

Eye masks, cushions, futons, and blankets are provided. You’re very welcome to bring your own cosy items too.

6:00 – 6:30pm
Arrival, welcome, smoke cleansing, settling into the space, oracle cards & herbal elixirs available

6:30 – 8:30pm
Guided Meditation → Sacred Sound Ceremony with aromatherapy diffusing

8:30 – 9:00pm
Closing & optional Sharing Circle with relaxation time. Optional delicious, hearty and nourishing vegetable soup, stew or dahl available to purchase to help with grounding energies.

**Darren Greene - Sound Weaver & Space Holder **

Multi-instrumentalist whose heart beats through the Didgeridoo and Fujara flute. Darren has cultivated a unique style that blends grounding rhythms with spacious soulful melodies.

For over a year, Darren has collaborated with Joey and Yolanda in Sacred Sound Ceremonies, guiding two-hour sound journeys that invite listeners into deep rest, inner exploration, and connection.

They co-create soulful, sober spaces for sound, healing, expression, and community.

Take a moment to gently set an intention for the evening, something to release, invite, or remember.

• Adults aged 18+ only
• Let it Be is a sober venue – no alcohol before or during the event
• Venue access is via a flight of stairs (not wheelchair accessible)
• Toilets available
• Soft drinks available to purchase

Sound Baths are not recommended if:

• You are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• You have sound-induced epilepsy
• You’ve had surgery in the last 3 months
• You have a pacemaker or metal implants
• You have a serious heart condition
• You experience severe mental illness
