Family Constellations - Connecting to the Father

**What is your relationship with your biological Father? What is your relationship with Father Sky and the Divine Masculine? Do you feel at ease in action, with a sense of direction and purpose in your life? **

This session will help you discover the underlying patterns in your relationship with the Father, and to create movements towards greater harmony.

**What is ‘Family Constellations’? **

‘Family Constellations’ is the name of a group therapeutic process that taps into the mystical level of reality to disentangle issues in a family system or an individual.

Our individual lives are deeply impacted by the family and community we come from and constellations can reveal, and heal, wherever there are issues that stop us from expressing our true selves.

This is done in a group setting where participants step into the role of family members, places, or concepts for a particular issue holder. The movements of the constellation are guided by the family soul and the‘knowing field’.

**What is the focus of this session? **

This session is about connection with the ‘Father’. This is the Father on a personal level, as well as the transcendent level as a source of support, direction and guidance, which provides the structure in which our life can play out. When we lack a safe connection to this energy we can feel stagnant, stuck or without the drive to create change and growth in our lives. The Father also supports our self-confidence and belief that we can influence and shape the world around us.

In this session all participants will have the opportunity to feel how they experience the Divine Masculine / Transcendent Father, and to take part in an exercise for healing their relationship to their biological Father. Time-permitting, there will then be a few individual constellations to work more deeply on the father-relationship.

My name is Surrender and I am learning how to surrender to life!

I have recently completed my training as a Family Constellations practitioner, and I have spent 10 years exploring and practising meditation, yoga and various holistic healing modalities including Reflexology and VortexHealing.
