Morning Grounding Circle -- Sound Bath & Hawaiian Oli Chant

An outdoor morning circle to ground, breathe, and come back to yourself. Crystal Chinn, a Japanese American sound healer and Reiki practitioner born and raised in Hawaii, leads a gentle meditation, crystal singing bowl sound bath, and Hawaiian Oli chant, an ancient tradition of healing and intention.

Dress warmly and bring a mat, blanket, and pillow. Come ready to receive.

Parking is on the west side of the park next to the tennis courts, you can look up the address 340 S 36th st and find the parking right behind this house, at the end of Fordham Court.
