I hope the lengthening of the days and the shifting of the season has you feeling a little more energised. ✨

We will be gathering and dancing this Saturday evening during the equinox window. A time widely considered by many cultures and traditions as the true start of the New Year.
A moment symbolising balance, renewal and new beginnings, a time in the annual cycle of complementary energies. 🌓

Things are looking pretty rough out there so let’s come together for a moment of sanctuary, support, connection and presence - with ourselves and others. 🙏

We dance without shoes, drugs or alcohol and we ask for the dance floor to be kept free of chat. There is a chill-out room downstairs.
