Hello gorgeous being.

My name is Ellinor. I am an experienced Tantra practitioner and teacher that has been on this beautiful, exciting and challenging path for over a decade now.

My love and respect for this practice is beyond deep. Tantra has been a truly life changing path that has led me to deeper relationships, friendships and truths about myself. It has strengthened my intuition, communication and sensitivity to the unseen layers of life.

It is worth noting that Tantra is a giant umbrella full of interpretations and practices - it means different things to different people, and there are tons of approaches out there.

My approach to Tantra is gentle and playful, but also challenging and edgy enough to create space for that “growing edge”, that place where we can explore ourselves a bit deeper, and stretch ourselves a bit wider, to allow for new experiences.

I believe that we are fundamentally good and created from, and by, love. I also believe that we have these so called "shadow sides", i.e. parts of ourselves that are tougher to face: our blindspots, defences, ego protection, that can end up hurting ourselves and others.

In order to fully explore Tantra, I believe you need to fully explore reality: including the dark, the light, the everything in-between.

In early stage workshops, like this one, I keep things fairly light and playful by gently exploring embodiment, s*nsuality, connection, energy flow, communication, vulnerability, energetic touch and polarity through different exercises. These can be practised with your partner, or with other participants in the workshop.

In later stage workshops, we go more into the full spectrum of the human experience: exploring the shadow, the resistance, as well as deeper layers of love, connection and touch. I am trauma-informed in my work, and always work in alignment with your boundaries. You choose what you are willing to participate in.
