Spring Equinox CVI Sharing

Come celebrate the Spring Equinox by bringing our voices and hearts together…tap into the rising sap!

Welcoming the Bristol CVI community to connect and get to know each other through an evening exploring CVI and sharing food together.

Sharing collaborative vocal improv practices, a chance to sing sing sing our hearts out with CVI forms or try out new ideas in a supportive community. Bring something you'd like to lead… or just relax into what's on offer.

We have booked the lovely community hall at St Annes Church in Greenbank, this is a community event and we are just asking for a small contribution towards the venue hire and some basic refreshments hence the £5 tickets. If you are unable to manage this there are also some free tickets you can book.

**Please bring: **

• Some food to share , any salads, sides, toppings or snacks would be great and we will cook up a load of yummy potatoes as the main food.
• Any cushions and blankets to help make the space feel cosy
• You're own water bottle

We will provide a selection of teas.

Timings:

5:45pm - Arrivals

6-7pm - Group sing

7/7:30ish - Shared food

8pm onwards - CVI forms and lots more singing
