Celebrate spring with Conscious Connected Breathwork

Join a small group for a 90-minute journey into the power of the breath.

Welcome

Whether you are new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, you are warmly welcome. This session is designed for adults 21+ who are generally fit and well.

I am Veronica, a student Breathwork Facilitator completing my training with Steph Magenta at Seven Directions, a dual-accredited breathwork school. Once my training concludes in May, I will have met the standards to become a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance which sets ethical standards for breathwork.

My approach is rooted in your choice and agency and guides you learn how to pace your breathwork, with full support.

Please note: Participation includes completing a brief Google feedback form within 24 hours. This helps me reflect on my facilitation and is part of my training process.

About breathwork

Let's take a breath together.

The breath is our oldest medicine, accompanying us from our first to our last moments in life.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a guided practice using a continuous, connected breath pattern. As we breathe in this way, we create physiological and biochemical changes in our body. This allows for regulation of the nervous system, the reduction of stress and anxiety, releasing old stories or emotions, and opening to greater awareness and potential. We're working with the intelligence of your breath and body which means that every journey is unique. I invite you to come with curiosity and an open heart - the breath will guide you.

Your 90-Minute journey includes

  • Welcome, settling in and introduction to the practice
  • 50-minute guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
  • Closing, optional sharing, integration and aftercare guidance

Important Information

I am currently in training not yet permitted to ethically and safely facilitate participants with certain contraindications (listed below). If you are with any of these contraindications, I recommend attending once I am fully qualified, or seeking another qualified and insured facilitator.

  • High blood pressure
  • Very low blood pressure with fainting
  • Recent or major surgery
  • Seizures
  • Heart conditions or arrhythmia
  • Epilepsy
  • Unmedicated bipolar disorder
  • Psychosis
  • Schizophrenia
  • Unmanaged PTSD
  • COPD or pre-existing lung conditions
  • First trimester or delicate-stage pregnancy
  • Severe asthma
  • Glaucoma or detached retina
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Concussion in the past two weeks
  • Microdosing plant medicines
