**đź’š ** _ REST WITH NATURE đź’š _
_ **An online guided econidra journey ** _
In these fast-paced, uncertain times, rest is not indulgence - it's essential. When the world feels chaotic and life feels challenging, taking time to reconnect with ourselves and the Earth becomes an act of both nourishment and gentle resistance.
Join me from the comfort of your own home for some deep relaxation and the opportunity to connect with your inner nature and the natural world, as I guide you on a restorative journey through your senses, your body, and the Earth.
What is EcoNIDRA™?
EcoNIDRA™ combines the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with nature connection to create a deeply relaxing practice. It is typically enjoyed lying down while my voice and the sounds of nature guide you. You'll be invited to feel into a heartfelt wish and plant a seed of transformation as part of our journey.
This 45-50 minute guided practice requires nothing of you - it's even absolutely OK if you fall asleep!
This particular session will be an invitation to pause and tune into our inner nature as we transition from Winter into the energies of Spring. We will be gathering just days after the Spring Equinox - a time of equal day and night - and our econidra practice will support us in tending to our own inner ecosystem and finding balance within. We will also have the opportunity to plant a seed of intention for the season ahead.
The Benefits of EcoNIDRA™
Research shows that the practice of Yoga Nidra can help to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, improve sleep quality, and support nervous system regulation. Many people report feeling more refreshed after a session than they do after hours of sleep.
EcoNIDRA weaves these benefits together with nature connection, offering additional benefits including:
đź’š Deep mental, emotional, and physical relaxation
đź’š Enhanced sense of connection to self, others, and the natural world
đź’š Space to plant seeds of intention and positive transformation
đź’š Greater presence, creativity, and wellbeing in daily life
đź’š Embodied reconnection with your inner and outer nature - even when you can't physically be outdoors
đź’š Experience deeper self-compassion and kindness towards yourself, your communities, and the Earth
This is rest that nourishes body, mind and soul.
Perfect for:
đź’š Those seeking accessible nature connection, particularly during colder months
đź’š Anyone with mobility difficulties or limited access to outdoor spaces

Your Guide
Marielke is a Nature-Inspired Guide, Chartered Psychologist and Certified EcoNIDRA™ Teacher who is passionate about creating spaces to support people in slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering their true nature. All that she shares is inspired by her own transformative recovery journey from severe burnout and a profound awakening experience she had with a silver birch tree. She acts as a guide for those also longing to discover another way of living and being that honours both a desire to make a difference and a need to truly thrive. EcoNIDRA resonates deeply with Marielke's mission - as a practice that invites us to slow down and deepen our connection with ourselves and the natural world, it embodies the essence of a way of living and being that she calls "The Path of Beauty & Wonder."
