Realign & Rise - Invitation to join Thalbir for this uplifting gathering.
Now more than ever it's important to connect with your inner guidance and have the ability to anchor your sense of stability and safety from within. An invitation to find your rhythm, realign with your inner guidance and activate your personal power and potential.
The ancient mind body spirit practices shared in this session can support you to experience inner calm and harmony also known as heart-coherence. This is powerful state of being. The benefits of which include experiencing higher levels of clarity, confidence, courage, creativity, intuition, synchronicity, abundance, acceptance, love and more.
No previous experience necessary. Not suitable for the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

About Thalbir - she is a Shamanic Healer, Plant Medicine Space Holder, Transformational Coach, Yogini and Meditation teacher. She is an advocate of living from heart centred wisdom. She has a background in a wide range of holistic practices that she brings in to create unique soul nourishing, heart healing experiences both in her online and in person sessions. She has been practising yoga since 2006 and teaching wellbeing workshops and online programs since 2012
