Spring Equinox Underscore

The Underscore is a long-form Contact Improvisation practice that moves through stillness, sensation, relational listening, and improvised dancing. It is a score for collective presence — a subtle, spacious arc that unfolds over several hours.

On the Spring Equinox, we gather to enter the new season through the body. This will be a special kind of jam: a space to plant seeds for the coming year, to dance with emerging impulses, and to let them rest in the nourishment of light and shared care.

🌀 Talk-Through 16:00–16:30 — introduction to the Underscore (led by Klara)
🌊 Practice 16:30–19:00 — 2.5 hours of continuous, spacious dancing
