About
Join us for a gentle exploration of the wisdom and wonders held within the womb space. In this session, we will dive into the framework of the inner seasons, a powerful way of understanding the cyclical nature of our bodies, emotions, and energy.
The inner seasons is a framework through which we can engage with the 4 different phases of the menstrual cycle - menstruation as inner winter, follicular as inner spring, ovulation as inner summer, and luteal as inner autumn.
Through guided visualisation, you’ll be invited to connect with your own inner seasons and notice what arises within you. Afterwards, there will be space to creatively express your experience through art, writing, or reflection, followed by an optional sharing circle.
Our intention is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where womb-bearers at any stage of their journey can gather, slow down, and feel a sense of connection, solidarity, and understanding.
Come along and begin (or continue) the journey of reconnecting with the inner power and wisdom of your womb.
