About

Overview

Come and join us for a restorative evening combining Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Relaxation to alleviate the stress and tension that arises from modern busy lives, and shift the nervous system from high alert into deep relaxation.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

It is a specific style of breathwork using a deep, circular pattern with retentions. We use music throughout the session to really allow you to immerse yourself in this deep Breathwork practise and shut out the outside world.

Becky Ray Certified Inner You Breathwork Facilitator will guide you through this part of the session; you stay consciously engaged with each inhale and exhale which will lead to a powerful and insightful experience.

What is a Sound Relaxation?

Also known as a “sound bath”, this is an opportunity to lie down and listen to instruments which can help to regulate your nervous system through vibration and their particular sound frequencies.

Megs Emrys, certified Holistic Voice and Sound Therapist (BAST), will guide you as she creates a live soundscape of therapeutic music to allow deep relaxation to occur.

What are the benefits?

As we all know, modern life is busy and often overwhelming.

Breathwork and Sound therapy together offer a chance to pause, reconnect with your body, and release tension, stored emotions, or stagnant energy, leaving you feeling physically and emotionally lighter. It can help you feel more resilient, with greater capacity, clarity, focus, and calm both at work and at home.

As well as stress reduction, there are many more benefits such as improved sleep, reduced anxiety, relief of depression, unlocking of creativity, pain reduction, new insights and an opportunity for the body to naturally heal.

Over time, you may also experience a deeper connection with yourself and your sense of self trust and self-leadership.
