Join me for a restorative evening of Somatic Therapy, Meditation, and Sound Bath in a beautiful new studio space in Farnham.
We begin with a 20 minutes of nurturing somatic practices, these mindful movements invite your nervous system to settle and create a sense of inner peace and grounded presence.
Starting with gentle movement helps the body release held tension, excess energy, and stress , allowing the nervous system to settle. When the body has had a chance to move and soften , it becomes more receptive to rest , making it easier to relax into stillness.
From this grounded state, we move into a guided somatic meditation , finishing with healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan **sound bowls, gong, chimes & rain stick. **
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
Bring anything that helps you feel cosy, warm and supported, mats & bolsters are supplied.
