As winter softens and the light begins to return, the Spring Equinox offers a rare moment of balance — where day and night meet as equals, and nature quietly begins to awaken again. This sacred gathering is an invitation to pause at that threshold. To step away from the pace of daily life and enter a space of stillness, connection, and gentle renewal, surrounded by the grounding beauty of the natural world, where the first signs of blossom begin to appear both in nature and within ourselves.

Held outdoors beneath the oak tree ‘Olive’, a symbol of strength, wisdom, and deep-rooted connection, this afternoon retreat creates space for you to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your heart. Spring is a season of emergence and possibility, a time to release what feels heavy and make space for new intentions, growth, and fresh energy. Together, we honour this turning point in the year and the quiet unfolding of what is ready to blossom within you.

Rooted in the spirit of Mama Cacao, this experience offers a heart-opening journey designed to support emotional release, self-connection, and inner balance. Whether you are seeking rest, clarity, healing, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, this gathering offers a nurturing environment where you can soften, be gently held, and allow the heart to open and blossom in its own natural rhythm.

Charlotte and Nicola are coming together once again, their energies aligning in a shared intention to create a safe, nurturing space for healing, connection, and inner awakening. Bringing their unique gifts into harmony, their work complements one another beautifully, creating a balanced and supportive space where meditation, sound, energy work, and heart-centred guidance flow together. Together, they hold an environment where each person can feel supported to soften, reconnect with themselves, and open to the new beginnings that spring invites, allowing new possibilities to gently blossom.

Charlotte is a meditation teacher, Level 2 Reiki attuned practitioner, space holder, self-love facilitator, sound journey practitioner, and cacao ceremonialist. With a deep connection to the shamanic drum, she guides gentle yet powerful experiences that help you return to your inner wisdom and reconnect with the voice of your heart.

Joining her is Reiki Master Nicola Graham of IKIGAI Therapy — Nicola is an extraordinarily powerful woman and healer — a mystic, energy worker, psychic, medium, and skilled mBIT coach whose presence alone brings an unmistakable depth of magic to any space she enters. During this retreat, she will guide a luminous Inner Light Meditation and offer individual Reiki during the sound journey, weaving her intuitive gifts into every moment with grace and potency.

What to expect

Meditation and breathwork

Nicola and Charlotte will guide heart-centred meditations designed to calm the nervous system, inviting the body to soften and the breath to slow, creating space for reflection, clarity, and inner stillness as we move into the energy of the new season. Working with Sea Breath (Ujjayi breath), you will be guided beyond the noise of thought and into a deeper state of presence, where many experience a sense of connection to their inner self, the heart, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.

Sacred cacao ceremony

We will drink ceremonial cacao within a sacred ceremony, calling in the spirit of Mama Cacao — the archetype of the mother, gentle, nurturing, and deeply holding. Her energy invites you to soften, to listen inwardly, and to receive the quiet wisdom and guidance needed for the season ahead. You will be guided into a heart-opening experience that encourages presence, compassion, and connection, allowing you to meet yourself with greater kindness and awareness.

Cacao supports emotional release and intention setting, helping you align with the growth and renewal of spring and the gentle unfolding of what is ready to emerge within you. Cacao is served at a full ceremonial dose of 42g, allowing you to experience the depth and authenticity of traditional Ceremonial Cacao.

Sacred Sound & Shamanic Drum Journey
Through shamanic drumming, crystal singing bowls, and Nepalese gongs, you will be immersed in healing sound designed to restore balance, release stagnant energy, and support deep rest and integration

The shamanic drum journey is guided by the steady, rhythmic beat of the drum, a rhythm that has been used across many cultures for thousands of years to support meditation, healing, and inner exploration. The repetitive beat helps quiet the analytical mind and allows you to drop more deeply into the body and the present moment, often bringing a sense of grounding, emotional release, or inner clarity.

When Charlotte works with the drum, she enters a deeply intuitive and connected state, allowing the rhythm and energy to guide the journey naturally rather than following a fixed pattern. The drumming is not slow or structured, but flows as a continuous thread, responding to the energy of the space and those present. This can invite feelings of movement, release, insight, or deep stillness, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and the natural rhythm of the heart.

Each experience is Unique — some may experience imagery or emotional shifts, while others simply feel held in sound, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to rest

Individual Reiki healing

During the sound journey, Nicola will offer Reiki to each participant, gently supporting relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment as you move into the lighter energy of the season. Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy practice that works to calm the nervous system, helping the body shift into a state of rest where natural healing and integration can take place.

​ Oracle cards – guidance for the season ahead
You will be invited to draw from oracle decks inspired by the cycles of nature, offering gentle insight into what is ready to grow, shift, or be released as you move forward into spring.

Open fire ritual
We will gather around the fire, honouring release and renewal. You will be invited to let go of what no longer serves you and set intentions for the season ahead, allowing the fire to symbolise transformation and new beginnings.
