What if you could create breakthroughs in two emotionally burdened areas of your life in one weekend?

Imagine two areas of your life right now that deserve to feel better, but you can't quite figure it out.

Presented by Emotional First Aid is the Victoria Men's weekend in-person workshop.

Are you somebody who has to gone men's groups, tried talk therapy, thought psychedelics and breathwork would transform your life, but you're still dealing with the same emotional patterns from 2016?

Imagine it is possible to address emotional upsets quickly and relatively easily, and permanently. In much the same way that we can self-treat minor physical injuries of various kinds, we can self-treat many emotional upsets, and even more effectively than physical injuries.

In this workshop you will learn and practice three foundational trauma healing techniques based on One-Point Tapping, plus two more, which will allow you to heal many different kinds of emotional upset completely, quickly and reliably. By applying these new skills, you will, over time, achieve greater calmness, peacefulness and “lightness of being” in many areas of your life.

This is a tangible investment in your wellness and success.

Get in here, man!

Day 1 – Sat., March 14, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – will cover the three foundational techniques and their basic applications.

Day 2 – Sun., March 15, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – will cover common extended applications of those techniques.

There will be pdf handouts e-mailed after registration. _ Please read them before attending _. Doing so will make the learning and practicing easier. They will also serve as reference guides after the workshop. There will also be consent and liability agreements to sign before participating.

Also, even though the healing techniques offered in this workshop are quite powerful, they are intended for your personal use only and not for professional use. Professional trainings are available separately through the Institute for the Study of Peak States.
