About

About the Workshop

Soft Space is an evening of gentle connection, presence, and nervous system regulation through platonic touch and mindful relating.

In our fast-paced world, many of us long for safe, nurturing contact—a place where we can slow down, rest, and be held without pressure or expectation. This workshop offers just that: a softly structured space to explore consent-based, non-sexual, and platonic touch as a way to soothe and reconnect with your body.

Together we’ll move through grounding exercises, boundaries and consent practices, and invitations for safe physical connection (if you choose). You’re always free to participate in your own way—there’s no obligation to touch or be touched.

Expect an atmosphere of care, warmth, and deep listening to your own needs.

What to Expect

Gentle somatic and grounding exercises
Guided consent practices
Platonic cuddle space for nervous system co-regulation
A calm and nourishing environment
