About
**Join us for a restorative evening of somatic Yoga, cleansing Breathwork and a deeply relaxing Gong bath to release tension from your body and mind, reset your nervous system, activate and nourish your inner being and your connection to yourself. Wherever you find yourself in the moment, you will be welcomed and held exactly as you are. The sessions are slightly different each month as we explore various practices and themes. **
_ ** *** ABUNDANCE PRACTICE ***** _
We would like to start the new year experimenting with abundance practice. Rather than a fixed price for this event, we would like to encourage each participant to feel in to what they truly want to give in the moment. This is to acknowledge that nature itself is abundant and gives freely and we are part of that dynamic and reciprocity. Abundance practice is a way to honour both the event – our time and effort - and the natural generosity of nature as well as acknowledging the unique situation of each participant. It allows the event to be truly inclusive. Through this, we hope to encourage a deep listening and a giving from joy and love and gratitude.
About us:
Zuna (also known as Zuzu) is a bodyworker, yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator. At the core of her practice is her holistic approach to health and movement, fascia, embodied presence and her connection to nature. She loves to create group sessions, shorter events or day retreats to take you on a journey of self-discovery, connection and healing. She is based in the woods at the top of St Catherine's valley, where she has her treatment room for massages and 1:1 sessions. You can find more information here
**Sue ** plays the gong to create an environment where there is nothing to be done except bathe in soundwaves and recalibrate. She offers 1:1 sessions in the cabin in the woods in St Catherine's valley, holds groups sessions and, where possible, loves to play for people and nature outside among the trees. In a private session, the gong creates sounds and vibration that your being specifically needs, and therefore can create even deeper, more impactful experience. If you would like to find out more, drop her an email.
