About

Welcome to this free, small-group online Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

Enjoy this evening journey on Zoom from the comfort of your own home.

I am offering this to a group of 3-4 volunteers free of charge, in exchange for completing a Google feedback form within 48 hours of your practice. **I am a student Breathwork Facilitator - this is part of my training with Steph Magenta of the dual-accredited breathwork school Seven Directions. **

At this stage in my training, I am inviting participants over 21 who are generally fit and well. Whether you have experience or are new to breathwork, you are very welcome.

My approach is rooted in each person’s choice, agency and deep respect for your unique journey. I will guide you in learning how to pace how far you go with the breath, empowering you with accountability for your journey. We'll travel together. And I will be there to support you every step of the way.

About the practice

Let's take a breath together.

The breath accompanies us from the moment we enter life until the moment we leave. It is one of our most ancient and sacred medicines.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (often called CCB) is a guided breathing practice that uses a simple, continuous breath pattern without pausing between the inhale and exhale.

As we breathe in this connected way, the body may begin to discharge tension, stress or old stories. Many people experience connectedness, insights and emotional release. That said, we're working with the intelligence of the breath and body, meaning that every experience is different. I invite you to come with curiosity in your mind and heart - the breath is your guide.
