You are invited to rage into the light half of the year with us this Spring Equinox.

We’ll gather in a very special ancient woodland on Dartmoor to throw some punches amongst the oaks. For the bravest, there are clean Devonian waters to plunge into, and our own private sauna to warm us afterwards.

Despite lambs skipping amongst the blossom, the force of spring is a brutal one. It asks us to expand beyond winter and old selves — to break into new patterns. A rebirth.

This year we feel the urge to take the rage of Spring and learn how to punch, to release old anger, and to move forward without anything holding us back.

Come alive with us

Expect fires, ritual, sauna, a nourishing libation and a cracking veggie lunch in a beautiful barn.

Learn to punch and spar safely with England Boxing–certified coaches from Tavistock Boxing Club.

All equipment provided. Come with a smile and your best right hook.
