Free Online WOMB CAVE

In March, I am offering a free online guided journey into the Womb Cave, rather than an in person circle in Southampton.

What does your womb long to remember?
What thread is calling you home?
Are you hearing the whispers of sisterhood?

This is a Womb Cave, a gathering woven with sacred red thread, an offering from my womb to yours. You are welcome here whether you are currently menstruating or not, whether you hold a physical womb or an energetic one.

This will be a guided visualisation into your womb chalice, a gentle descent into the inner cave where wisdom is held and waiting. A space to soften, to listen, to meet yourself beneath the noise of the outer world.

As the seasons turn and the stars shift, we are called back to the rhythms of the earth, the pull of the moon, the quiet knowing within our bodies. Here, we pause. Here, we breathe. Here, we remember.

Each gathering flows intuitively, shaped by the women who come and the energy that rises. We will share what we wish to share, witness one another, and sit in the warmth of sisterhood across the distance.

This is a space for reflection, tenderness, laughter, tears, and remembrance. A space to honour the messages of your body and the cyclical, ancestral wisdom of the womb.

This gathering is open to all womb folk.
