About
What is Failure and what is Success?
The words everyone uses but few define.
As men we are often handed a _ version of success _ that focuses on performance: _ win, achieve, provide, dominate, accumulate, _ while _ anything else means failure. _
But that definition is cultural, not universal.
A more mature version of success can include:
_ The freedom to choose what “enough” means. _
_ Living in a way that matches your values. _
_ Becoming more honest, capable, and self-aware over time. _
_ Creating something that benefits others, not just yourself. _
_ Feeling that your effort matters, even if no one applauds. _
_ The courage to redefine your path. _
_ The discipline to take small steps consistently. _
How are these definitions shaping our lives?
You’re invited to a Men’s Circle exploring the relationship between failure and success, and how our ideas about both shape the way we live, lead, and relate.
Join us to explore:
_ • How have our definitions of success been inherited rather than chosen? _
_ • What is failure and success, according to whom, and at what cost? _
_ • And what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to define both? _
Through sharing and embodied reflection , we’ll examine the stories we carry about falling, winning, losing and rising. Together, we’ll explore how success can become more grounded, meaningful, and sustainable when it’s no longer built on cultural stories.
Come as you are.
Leave with a clearer sense of your own measures of success, and more compassion for the failures that helped shape them.

“Jozef is a unique coach. He has that rare mix of solid wisdom and rare intuition. He did navigate me through a ‘stuck’ place towards the destination. He didn’t tell me what to think or do, but he was the perfect journey companion on the road less travelled.” - GP
