Silent Concert for Women's health

Echoes of the unknown is a project redefining contemporary music and sound healing in sacred space.

A concert bringing together artists from different musical backgrounds and folk traditions.

Musicians will include Alex Dmochowski (wind instruments) and Catarina Carvalho (vocals), alongside guest Elizabeth Nott on middle Eastern frame drum, percussion and vocals and Joe on indigenous flutes and other instruments.

This is a ** silent concert ** with no talking and no clapping in the space - a space for you to BE. To go inwards and tune in to your senses.

WHAT TO BRING

We invite and encourage you to bring a journal to reflect on the month that has passed and the journey that lies ahead. Yoga mats will be provided, however you are welcome to bring extra props such as blankets, cushions and eye masks.

OUR GOAL

We aim to bring awareness about styles and playing techniques and explore how different genres can merge and work in harmony. Expect new, improvised soundscapes and meditation music.

We promote inclusivity and community by bringing different musical styles and instruments together: celebrating music from around the world!

WHAT TO EXPECT

7PM: DOORS OPEN

7.30PM: MUSIC STARTS

8.15PM: INTERVAL

8.30-9PM: MUSIC

Please arrive from 7pm to make sure we start promptly at 7.30pm.
