Pilates with small equipment
A fun, easy-to-follow class based around the practice of Pilates — designed to build strength, balance, and mobility using small equipment.
This class is ideal for anyone wanting to add gentle resistance training without stepping into a gym. Each session blends classic Pilates moves with small props to help you feel stronger, more aligned and energised.
Equipment:
I’ll be offering a Pilates ball and a set of three resistance bands (light, medium, strong) for £10 to buy outright or £3 to hire per class.
You’re also welcome to bring your own.
If you’d like to add extra resistance, feel free to bring light weights (or even water bottles!) and a yoga mat to practice on. Please note this class is available to anyone over the age of 18.
Pricing:
Payment in person. This is a reservation booking only
£10 per drop-in session
£50 for a block of six sessions
