These will be a 90min class to allow time for our Qigong flow practice, balancing breath-work exercises and meditation.
In these classes I’ll guide you through a gentle but powerful Qi Flow practice helping you to feel more centred, grounded and connected to your body. I will then introduce you to a range of different breath-work techniques to help you to breathe better and live better.
Breathwork is simply bringing our conscious attention to our breath and is one of the most powerful ways we have to change our state at any given moment. Helping to energise your body, boosting oxygen flow and releasing stress.
Each session will finish with a guided meditation to relax your body and calm your mind.
